What you pay separately
No price includes what others charge. You pay these directly to whoever charges them:
- Meta's WhatsApp message fees (templates), from your own account
- Ad spend: paid directly to Meta or Google
- Your domain: you buy it and renew it
- Store platform: the Shopify or Tiendanube plan
- CRM licenses: Kommo, Bitrix24, HubSpot or GoHighLevel
- Stripe fees on the payments you collect from your customers
How billing works
- Card payments through Stripe, billed by CartiamAI LLC.
- Spanish and English are included in every product.
- Month to month: cancel with 30 days' notice. We only charge the monthly fee that falls within those 30 days.
- We remind you 5 calendar days before each charge.
- If a charge fails we let you know on days 1, 3 and 6. On day 7 the service pauses, and it restarts as soon as you pay.
- If you cancel, we hand over your website files on request.
- The AI (Claude Haiku) behind the included conversations is part of the assistant's monthly fee. If you go over the limit, an extra pack is billed on your next invoice only with your OK.
- Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monterrey, Mexico time); weekends, urgent issues only.
