Privacy policy
What we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and how to reach us about it.
Last updated: October 28, 2026.
Who we are
Cartiam VM is the trade name of Carlos Villafuerte, based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. He is responsible for your personal information under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. Contact: privacidad@cartiamvm.com.
What we collect
Through our website form: your name, your firm's name, the state where you practice, your email and your phone number. Our server also logs IP addresses and browser type to keep the site secure.
When we provide intake for your firm, we process callers' information on your firm's behalf, as a service provider. Your firm decides how that information is used, and you are responsible for the notices your callers need under the laws that apply to your practice.
Why we use it
- To contact you about the service, set it up and support it.
- To bill you and meet our legal and tax obligations.
- To send you news about our services. You can opt out at any time by writing to us; it does not affect your service.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We use service providers that process it on our behalf: hosting, telephony and messaging, AI services that run the assistant, payments and invoicing. Some of them are located outside Mexico. We only disclose information to others when the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you access to your information, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a given purpose. Write to privacidad@cartiamvm.com with your name, what you are asking for and a way to verify your identity. We answer within 20 business days.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its date. The Spanish aviso de privacidad is the full notice under Mexican law.
